Usually not. The Basics package works on your current WhatsApp Business number. For the Autopilot package we will check if your current number can be moved to the official system, and explain the options before you decide.
Are there any monthly charges?
The Basics package has no monthly charges. The Autopilot package uses the official WhatsApp Business API, where WhatsApp and the software provider charge a small monthly and per-message fee. We show you the exact costs upfront, before any work starts.
Will customers feel like they are talking to a robot?
No. We write the messages in your tone, and a customer can always ask to talk to a person. The automation handles routine questions so you have more time for real conversations.
Is sending bulk messages safe for my number?
Yes, when done the official way. We only use the approved WhatsApp Business system and only message customers who have agreed to hear from you. We do not use unofficial bulk tools, because they get numbers banned.
