Costs that are not paid to us
Our prices cover our work. A few things are paid directly to other companies. Here they are, so nothing surprises you later.
Domain name and hosting
Your website address (like yourshop.com) costs around ₹800 to ₹1,200 a year. It is bought in your name, so you own it.
Ad budget
The money spent on the ads themselves goes directly from you to Google or Meta. Most small businesses start at ₹300 to ₹500 per day.
WhatsApp API charges
Only for the Autopilot package. WhatsApp and the software provider charge a small monthly and per-message fee. We show you exact costs first.

Questions about pricing
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The price you see is our full fee. Some things are paid to other companies, not to us: your domain name, hosting, the ad budget paid to Google or Meta, and WhatsApp API message charges. We tell you these amounts before you start.
How do I pay?
By UPI or bank transfer. For one-time projects, you pay half to start and the rest when the work is ready. Monthly services are billed at the start of each month.
Do prices include GST?
Prices shown do not include GST. If GST applies, it is shown clearly on your invoice.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes. If you cancel before we start work, you get your money back. Once work has started, your first payment covers the work already done. Monthly services can be stopped at any time, with no cancellation fee. The full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, linked at the bottom of every page.
Can I start small and add services later?
Yes, and we recommend it. Start with the one service that helps you most today. You can add more whenever you are ready.
