Service Delivery Policy

KarmaSoftech sells services only. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges and nothing is sent to your address. Everything is delivered online.

How your work is delivered

• Websites: you first get a private preview link. After you approve it, we put the website live on your own domain name and send you the login details.
• Google Business Profile, ads, and WhatsApp automation: these are set up inside accounts that are in your name. Delivery means the setup is finished, working, and you have full access.
• Monthly services: the work happens through the month, and you get a simple report each month.
• We confirm every delivery to you in writing, on WhatsApp or email.

How long it takes

• A one-page website takes about 5 working days. A full business website takes about 10 working days.
• Google Business Profile setup depends on Google's verification, which can take from a few days to two weeks. Google decides the method and the timing.
• For every other service, we tell you the timeline in writing before you pay.

The clock starts when we have received your first payment and the business details and photos we need. If we are waiting for your material or approval, the timeline pauses until we have it.

If there is a delay

If something is going to take longer than we said, we tell you early and explain why. If we are unable to deliver what we agreed, our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you get your money back.
