Terms of Service

These terms explain how we work together. We have kept them short and simple. By using this website or hiring KarmaSoftech, you agree to them. KarmaSoftech is a small business based in India.

The exact work, price, and timeline for your project are confirmed in writing, by email, before we begin. If that written confirmation says something different from this page, the written confirmation is what counts.

Our services

We provide website design, online advertising setup and management, search and AI visibility setup, and Google Business Profile setup. What each package includes is listed on our Pricing page. Anything not listed there or in your written confirmation is extra work, and we will always tell you the price before doing it.

Prices and payment

• Prices on this website are in US dollars. Any taxes that apply are shown on your invoice.
• For one-time projects, half the fee is paid to start and the balance when the work is ready to go live.
• Monthly services are billed at the start of each month.
• Costs paid to other companies, such as domain names, hosting, and ad budgets, are separate and are paid by you. We tell you these amounts before you start.
• Prices on this website can change, but a price we have confirmed to you in writing does not change for that work.
• If an invoice is not paid on time, we may pause the work until it is paid. We will remind you first.

Timelines, and what we need from you

The timelines on this website are our honest estimates. The clock starts when we have received your first payment and the business details, photos, and other material we asked for. If we are waiting for your material, feedback, or approval, the timeline pauses until we have it.

If we do not hear from you for 60 days, even after reminders, we may close the project. Payments already made cover the work done up to then. You are welcome to start again later.

Changes and approval

Before your website or campaign goes live, we show it to you. Changes to what we have built are included until you are happy with it. New pages, new features, or a change of direction after you have approved a design are extra work, and we will give you a price first. Nothing goes live without your approval.

What you own

Once paid for in full, your website, its content, your domain name, your ad accounts, and your Google Business Profile belong to you. If you stop working with us, we hand over all access.

Some parts of a website come from other companies, such as fonts, stock photos, themes, or plugins. These stay under their own licences, which we will tell you about. We keep the right to reuse our own general methods and know-how, but never your content.

Your ad accounts and Google profile

• Your ad accounts are opened in your name. You pay Google and Meta directly for your ad budget. Our management fee is separate, and it is shown clearly on our invoice.
• Our reports show what Google or Meta charged you, and at least the number of times your ads were shown and clicked. You can see the same numbers yourself in your account at any time, and we will give you your account ID whenever you ask.
• A Google Business Profile is free from Google. Our fee is for setting it up and looking after it. You always remain an owner of your profile, and if you ask for full control back, we hand it over within 7 business days.
• We are an independent business. We are not part of Google or Meta, and we do not speak for them.

Your content

You confirm that the text, photos, logos, and other material you give us are yours to use, and that what you ask us to publish or advertise is true and legal. We may decline to publish anything that is misleading, illegal, or against the rules of Google or Meta.

Showing your work as an example

We would love to show the work we do for you, but we will ask first. We do not publish your name, your results, or your words without your clear permission, and you can withdraw it later.

Keeping your information private

We keep what we learn about your business private, including your sales figures, customer details, and account logins. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Cancelling and refunds

You can stop a monthly service at any time by sending us a message. The service continues until the end of the month you have paid for. For one-time projects, payment for work already done is not refundable. The full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

About results

We promise careful, honest work and clear reporting. We cannot promise specific rankings, numbers of inquiries, or sales, because these depend on things outside our control, such as Google, Meta, your market, and your competitors. See our Disclaimer.

Other companies' rules

Services such as Google and Meta have their own rules, and they can change, suspend, or remove features or accounts. We follow their rules in our work, but we are not responsible for their decisions.

Limit of responsibility

If something goes wrong because of our work, we will first try to put it right. Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost sales or profit. We are also not responsible for delays or problems caused by things outside our control, such as internet or power failures, or outages at Google, Meta, or a hosting company.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you and that cannot be removed by agreement.

Using this website

The information and articles on this website are general guidance, not advice for your specific business. Please do not copy our content to pass it off as your own, or try to damage or misuse the website.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Work that is already confirmed continues under the terms that applied when it was confirmed.

Law and disagreements

If you are unhappy with anything, please tell us first. Most problems can be solved with a conversation, and we will try hard to find a fair answer. KarmaSoftech is based in India and does not have a company or office in the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute that cannot be settled by talking will be handled by the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
